Third-party services Rebrief relies on. Rebrief’s own systems can be fully healthy while one of these has an outage, so we read each provider’s status page and surface it here. Only the core services — marked Core— affect the overall status above.

Incident history

Live transcription unavailable

transcription

Live transcription was unavailable to all clinics for approximately two hours. Recording would start and stop about a second later; the clinical note and chart were unaffected, and clinicians were able to continue documenting manually.

Cause. Our speech-to-text provider stopped accepting new streaming connections. No patient data was involved and no records were affected.

Resolution. Service was restored for every clinic once the connection to the provider was re-established.

Prevention. The platform health check now verifies that live transcription is actually available rather than only reachable, this status page tracks it as its own component, and an in-app notice for transcription outages is being added.
