The rules
How the reward works
- —2 weeks of Pro — our Professional plan — for every colleague who signs up with your link and starts their first appointment.
- —No limit. Referrals stack, so multiple colleagues add multiple 2-week blocks.
- —Your colleague must be at a different clinic — referrals inside your own clinic don't count.
- —No cash value. The reward is Rebrief time, never a payout.

Where's my referral link?
The Refer a colleague button at the bottom of the app's left sidebar. On phone: More → Refer a colleague.
When do I get the reward?
When your colleague starts their first appointment, with a verified email address.
Does it stack?
Yes — every verified referral adds another 2 weeks, with no limit.
I already pay for Professional — what do I get?
The 2 weeks run alongside your plan. If you're on Starter or Essentials, they upgrade you to Professional for that time.
Can I sign up from the website with a referral link?
Yes — paste your colleague's link in "Have a referral link or code?" on the sign-up page.
What does my colleague share with me?
Their first name, when they sign up, and when they start their first appointment.
