Charting the future of oral health
We’re assembling a small, exceptional team to redefine how dental charting is built, experienced, and trusted.
We’re building the intelligence layer for dental charting.
Small team. High standards. Long-term ownership.
Rebrief exists to remove friction from clinical documentation and replace it with clarity, intelligence, and trust—without getting in the way of care.
We’re early, opinionated, and intentional about staying small. If that excites you, keep reading.
The problem our expertise is solving
Dental charting today is fragmented, manual, and cognitively expensive.
• Dentists currently either spend hours documenting care or accept increased risk of litigation, college complaints, and lost revenue
• Critical context is often lost across visits, providers, and time
• Ambient scribes remain single-visit tools, with limited value beyond summarization capabilities
We think charting should be ambient, structured, and proactive—without demanding more attention from clinicians.
Our approach
Rebrief is a focused attempt to rethink dental charting from first principles.
• Built by clinicians and forward-deployed engineers who live the problem
• Live in academic and private clinical settings
• Institutional backing and research validation
• A clear, opinionated product vision
We care about correctness, trust, and long-term defensibility—not growth at all costs.
Who we're looking for
This is not a role for everyone.
You’ll thrive here if you:
• Prefer ownership over instruction
• Can operate without hand-holding or rigid specs
• Care deeply about quality, clarity, and user trust
• Are comfortable with accountability and high standards
• Want to help define how something is built—not just ship tasks
We care far more about how you think and what you’ve built than where you worked or what degree you have. Everyone who joins has real influence on the product.
How we work
Compensation and equity
We’re early. Cash is limited.
This is best suited for someone who values:
• Meaningful ownership
• Real responsibility
• Long-term upside over short-term salary
What to expect:
• Modest stipend or contract-based pay
• Meaningful equity aligned with contribution
• Flexible, part-time or milestone-based commitment
We’ll be transparent from day one.
Open roles
We’re currently exploring conversations for a small number of roles:
Founding GTM Lead — Part-Time, Contract

Pay: CA$45.00-CA$80.00 per hour
Job description:
About Rebrief
Rebrief is building the intelligence layer for dental charting—turning clinical conversations into structured, trustworthy documentation without disrupting care.
We’re early, focused, and intentionally small. This role is for someone who wants real ownership in shaping how a product reaches the market—not just running campaigns.
The Role
We’re looking for a Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to define and execute Rebrief’s early commercial strategy.
This is not a brand, content, or “growth hacking” role. You’ll own the messy, early work of figuring out who buys, why they buy, and how we reach them efficiently—and then execute on it.
You’ll work directly with the founder and have real influence over pricing, positioning, sales motion, and early partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Define Rebrief’s ICP, buyer persona, and positioning
- Design and test early sales motions (founder-led → repeatable)
- Own outbound experiments (email, LinkedIn, warm intros, partnerships)
- Shape messaging and proof points from real conversations
- Work with pilots and early users to convert usage into revenue
- Inform pricing, packaging, and expansion strategy
- Help build the foundation for a repeatable GTM engine
This is hands-on execution—not strategy decks.
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:
- Have taken an early-stage product from zero to first revenue
- Are comfortable selling before everything is polished
- Can talk credibly to clinicians, operators, or SMB buyers
- Prefer doing over delegating
- Can operate without hand-holding or playbooks
- Care about signal, not vanity metrics
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and high standards
This Role Is Not a Fit If You:
- Primarily run paid ads, content calendars, or social media
- Need a large budget or brand recognition to operate
- Avoid direct customer conversations
- Expect a fully-defined sales process on day one
- Are looking for a traditional “Head of Marketing” role
What You’ll Own
- Early revenue motion
- Customer conversations and learnings
- Sales experiments and iteration
- GTM narrative and proof points
- Feedback loop between product and market
If it touches revenue, you’re involved.
Compensation
We’re early. Cash is limited.
This role is best suited for someone who values:
- Ownership and influence
- Long-term upside
- Building something real from scratch
What we offer:
- Contract-based compensation (part-time, 10–20 hrs/week)
- Meaningful equity aligned with contribution
- Direct access to the founder and decision-making
- Real ownership over GTM direction
We’ll be transparent from day one.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Clear ICP and buyer narrative
- Consistent pipeline of qualified conversations
- First repeatable outbound or partnership motion
- Early revenue or strong conversion signals
- Tight feedback loop into product decisions
How to Apply
Instead of a generic resume, please include:
- A brief note on how you’ve driven early revenue before
- What you’d test first to get Rebrief its next customers
- Any relevant examples (products, deals, experiments)
Resumes are optional. Signal is not.

Founding Engineer (Bubble + Full-Stack) — Part-Time, Contract
About Rebrief
Rebrief is building the intelligence layer for dental charting—turning clinical conversations into structured, trustworthy documentation without disrupting care.
We’re early, focused, and intentionally small. This role is for someone who wants real ownership in shaping a product from first principles, not just shipping tickets.
The Role
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer with deep Bubble experience and strong full-stack fundamentals.
Bubble is a part of our product today—but this is not a “no-code only” role. You’ll work across Bubble, custom APIs, external services, and front-end logic to build production-grade systems that real clinicians rely on.
You’ll work closely with the founder and have meaningful influence over architecture, workflows, and technical direction.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship core product features using Bubble (advanced workflows, states, custom events, performance optimization)
- Design and maintain custom API integrations (LLMs, speech-to-text, external services)
- Extend Bubble with custom JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and external front-end logic when needed
- Think end-to-end: data models, backend logic, UI, and user experience
- Make early technical and architectural decisions
- Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of a production system
- Collaborate directly with the founder on product and technical strategy
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:
- Have serious hands-on experience with Bubble (not just tutorials)
- Understand Bubble’s limitations—and know when to work around them
- Are comfortable working full-stack (frontend, backend logic, APIs)
- Can design clean data models and scalable workflows
- Care deeply about quality, clarity, and user trust
- Prefer ownership over instructions
- Can operate without hand-holding or rigid specs
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and high standards
This Role Is Not a Fit If You:
- Have only used Bubble for simple MVPs or landing pages
- Avoid backend or systems thinking
- Need detailed tickets or constant direction
- Are looking for a traditional salaried, fully-defined role
Tech Stack (Current & Expected)
- Bubble (core application layer)
- Custom APIs (REST, webhooks)
- JavaScript / HTML / CSS
- AI / LLM integrations
- Google cloud services and external data stores
- Strong emphasis on structured data and workflows
You don’t need to know everything—but you must be able to learn fast and ship responsibly.
Compensation
We’re early. Cash is limited.
This role is best suited for someone who values:
- Meaningful ownership
- Real responsibility
- Long-term upside over short-term salary
What we offer:
- Contract-based hourly compensation (part-time, 10–20 hrs/week)
- Meaningful equity aligned with contribution
- Flexible, async-friendly work
- Direct influence on a real, production product
We’ll be transparent from day one.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- You’ve shipped features that real users rely on
- You’ve improved at least one core workflow or system
- You’ve taken ownership of a meaningful slice of the product
- You’ve raised the quality bar—technically and product-wise
How to Apply
Instead of a generic resume, please include:
- A short note on your experience with Bubble
- Examples of products or systems you’ve built (Bubble or otherwise)
- What excites you about Rebrief
- What you’d want to work on first if you joined
Resumes are optional. Signal is not.

Dental Student Ambassador — Rebrief (Part-Time, Contract)
Date posted: December 31, 2025
Pay: Up to CA$50.00 per hour
Job description:
About Rebrief
Rebrief is building the intelligence layer for dental charting—helping clinicians structure clinical conversations into clear, accurate documentation without disrupting care.
We work closely with clinicians, students, and institutions, and we take professionalism, accuracy, and trust seriously.
The Role
We’re recruiting a small cohort of 4th-year dental students to join Rebrief as Student Ambassadors.
This role does involve posting and sharing content to help introduce Rebrief to other students and early-career clinicians. The goal is to generate thoughtful awareness and impressions, not hype.
Ambassadors help shape how Rebrief is discussed publicly by sharing responsible, experience-based perspectives on clinical documentation and workflow.
What You’ll Do
As a Student Ambassador, you will be expected to:
- Create and share a small number of posts (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, or school-relevant platforms) about:
- how you approach documentation in clinic
- tools or workflows that help you stay organized
- reflections on clinical charting and transition to practice
- Participate in light, structured content such as:
- short written reflections
- video walkthroughs
- “day-in-the-clinic” style insights (no PHI)
- Generate measurable impressions and awareness within student and early-career dental communities
- Provide feedback to help refine messaging, tone, and positioning
- Follow clear content guidelines to ensure professionalism and compliance
This is quality over quantity — but posting and sharing are an explicit part of the role.
Content Expectations
- Posting cadence: occasional, intentional posts (not daily content)
- Content focus: documentation habits, workflow organization, learning experiences in clinic, transition-to-practice reflections
- No PHI
- All public-facing content is guided and reviewed in advance
Who This Is a Good Fit For
You’re a strong fit if you:
- Are a current 4th-year dental student
- Are comfortable sharing professional content publicly
- Want to help shape how students talk about documentation tools
- Care about credibility and accuracy
- Are active (but not performative) on social or professional platforms
- Want experience at the intersection of dentistry and digital health
Who This Is Not a Fit For
This role is not ideal if you:
- Do not want to post publicly
- Prefer behind-the-scenes-only roles
- Are primarily motivated by influencer-style compensation
- Are uncomfortable following content guidelines
Time Commitment
- Very light and flexible
- Typically 1–3 hours per month
- Remote and asynchronous
- Posting expectations discussed clearly upfront
Compensation
- Modest hourly or honorarium-based compensation
- Free access to the Rebrief Professional Plan + early features
- Recognition as an official Student Ambassador
- Optional letter of involvement or reference
- Potential pathway to future advisory or clinical roles
Details shared transparently during onboarding.
Professional Standards
- No sharing of patient-identifiable information
- No screenshots of clinical records
- Content reviewed prior to posting
- Participation must comply with school and clinic policies
How to Apply
Please include:
- Your dental school and expected graduation year
- A short note on your comfort with posting/sharing content
- Links to your professional social media profiles
- Any prior experience creating professional or educational posts (optional)
Resumes are optional.
